The Vermont Democratic Party Executive Committee consists of four at-large members, Party leadership, including the Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, Assistant Treasurer, Assistant Secretary, and DNC Members, and members appointed by the Party's federal delegation, House and Senate Caucuses, and party stakeholders. The Committee meets every other month to review and vote on party resolutions and budgets and make decisions governing the party.
