MONTPELIER, VT — The Vermont Democratic Party welcomed Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff to Vermont this morning in Burlington, where he was greeted by a small group including VDP Chair Bruce Olsson. The Second Gentleman visited the Community Health Center in Burlington’s Old North End, where he convened a listening session to discuss targeted vaccination outreach efforts to reach underserved populations. Mr. Emhoff highlighted the Biden-Harris Administration’s commitment to delivering COVID-19 vaccinations, testing, and treatment for vulnerable populations through the American Rescue Plan. Democrats Congressman Peter Welch, Lieutenant Governor Molly Gray, and Burlington Mayor Miro Weinberger joined the Second Gentleman for his visit to the Community Health Center.
