Representative Heather Collie Chase was born in Canada, grew up in Wyoming and has lived in Vermont since 2002. A Registered Nurse, with a Master’s degree in community health, she is a lactation consultant and CEO of her business, Corporation Lactation Services, Inc. For the past eight years, she has served as a member of the Chester Selectboard and the Chester Board of Civil Authority, of which she is now Chair, as well as service as a Town justice of the peace, and Town Health Officer. She has four grown children and lives in Chester, Vermont with a dog named Henry, and two miniature donkeys named Lulu and Rosco. She enjoys skiing, hiking, and walking.
